Only items included in our D2D catalogue are eligible for direct delivery.
In the very unlikely event of an item being out of stock, we regret we will be unable to process your order.
Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the next working day.
It is advisable you contact your Dealer before collection to ensure the delivery has arrived.
You will be required to provide your unique order number when collecting your goods. All orders must be checked in the presence of the Dealer and any discrepancies reported immediately. You will be asked to sign and retain the packing slip and produce this in the event of any further queries relating to the order.
