ILFORD PHOTO/HARMAN technology will replace our products if they are defective from manufacture, within one year of purchase.
Products will only be accepted for return or replacement if accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and a copy of the dated purchase receipt from an authorized dealer. To request an RMA please use this contact form and select Technical Support from the dropdown box.
Products being returned must be in their original packaging.
Any warranties, which may be implied by law, are limited to the duration of this express warranty. Any and all liability for incidental and consequential damages other than personal liability is disclaimed.
